Last month, December 2021, the most expensive home sold in Pasadena was 695 Holladay Rd.  This luxurious Mediterranean Revival originally listed for $5,000,000 and sold in thirty-nine days for $4,965,000.  There was a total of four listing agents (co-listing). Together with two different brokers. As a matter of fact, two of the co-listing agents also represented the buyers.

This home was previously listed in July 2016 for $4,625,000. Eventually, after forty-three days on the market, the asking price was reduced to $4,488,000. And finally, after approximately four months on the market, the owner canceled this listing.
