Our buyers are repeat clients, which made this transaction especially meaningful. Over the past year, their family has grown with the arrival of their adorable son. As a result, they quickly realized they had outgrown their charming one-bedroom condominium in Pasadena. It was time for more space and a home that could accommodate their family’s future.
The home-buying journey was not without challenges. First, they submitted an offer on a home in Altadena. Then they pursued another property in Sierra Madre. Later, they competed for a condominium on Orange Grove. Unfortunately, they lost out in multiple-offer situations several times before finding the right home.
However, persistence paid off.
Instead of settling for a home that wasn’t quite right, they waited for the perfect opportunity. In the end, we found this wonderful three-bedroom, three-bath residence in La Canada Flintridge. Looking back, everything worked out exactly as it should have.
Even better, their new home is located within the highly regarded La Canada Unified School District. They now have plenty of space for their growing family. In addition, they have room for overnight guests and dedicated areas to work from home. Most importantly, they purchased a home that will meet their needs for many years to come. Unless they choose a different lifestyle in the future, they likely will not need to move again.
