Now that the pandemic is winding down, broker’s caravan days are returning. Last Thursday, Kris and I had the opportunity to preview the Girardi Estate. Located at 100 Los Altos Drive in Pasadena’s San Rafael Hills neighborhood, this Myron Hunt estate is now listed at $8,200,000. (Subject to bankruptcy court approval). This four-bedroom, nine-bathroom home was listed in May 2021 for $13,000,000.
From what I understand, Tom Girardi was a member of Annandale Country Club, Jonathan Club, and Lakeside Golf Club before his financial demise.
