A five-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 13417 Oakmont View Dr sold for $382.14 per square foot, while a two-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 1335 Columbia Dr sold for $1,178.90 per square foot.

The least expensive home sold in Glendale was a three-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1,204-square-foot home located at 622 E. Lomita.  It was listed for $899,000 and took over three months to sell for $700,000.  The most expensive sale was a five-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,586-square-foot home at 1910 Las Flores Dr. This luxury property was listed for $3,999,000 and took seventy-three days to sell for $3,800,000.
