Harb and Co. and our Real Estate Waiting Game

On the 17th, Kris and I finished the St. Joseph Table Event at St. Bede. We notified the silent auction winners the next day and wound that fundraiser down. At Harb and Co., our real estate waiting game continues:

waiting real estate is a waiting game la crescenta home sales

Glendale Adams Hill triplex: The buyer has removed contingencies and is waiting to close.

San Gabriel Valley triplex and San Gabriel Valley single-family: waiting to close.

Atwater Village & La Crescenta homes: Floorplans are completed; we are just waiting for tenants to move out.

North Hollywood single-family: Waiting for asbestos test results.

Santa Paula Craftsman: Waiting for rehab to be complete.

Next, our focus shifts to fundraising. Kris and I target the Pasadena Ronald McDonald House. We launch solicitations around June. Currently, we sit between fundraisers. Real estate closings leave us in a waiting game. So, we seek new tasks to stay busy. Typically, we join extra brokers’ caravans. These events showcase listings across communities. On Tuesdays, we visit La Crescenta and La Cañada. Wednesdays bring Glendale’s caravan. Then, Thursdays cover Burbank and Pasadena. Finally, Fridays take us to Shadow Hills, Sunland, and Tujunga. Each caravan sparks fresh opportunities. We stay active in the market.
