Harb and Co Mid-Year Review: We have had a tremendous first half of the year! But the last month was really exciting. We closed escrow on our Highland Park view home and closed on our Ventura County Craftsman. Kris sold a Sierra Madre home to a Gulf War Veteran we met at our Highland Park listing. Her cash outlay was only $500 to purchase her first home (using VA financing). I am happy to see our country honor her for serving two tours.
We represented a buyer for an industrial condo, which also closed last month, and our La Crescenta listing on Fairmount. For a total of five closed escrows. We opened escrow on a La Canada home for a past client, and we are closing the following Monday.

Fortunately, we have a new Montrose listing we are preparing for MLS submission and open houses. We will list a Burbank starter home in the next week.
The highlight of our Harb & Co midyear reviews it that most of our clients are delightful, but this year we have been very blessed with exceptionally lovely clients.
On a personal note:
My husband and I celebrated thirty years of marriage on July 1st. And he got me a German Shepherd puppy named Dixie. You can follow her and her brother’s adventure on Instagram @doginthewrongfurcoat. In my downtime, I am working on the silent auction for the Annual Ronald McDonald Gala held each year at the Pasadena Langham. I don’t have any vacations planned and am simply looking forward to enjoying some pool r & r this summer. I am spending the 4th of July with my new puppy, and I am uncertain how she will react to the Rose Bowl fireworks. Click here for 4th of July fireworks and celebrations 2019
