It sold within a mere twenty-seven days at a final price of $3,859,000. We saw this turnkey home on Broker’s Caravan, and the only negative was the proximity to the high-tension lines.
When looking at the La Canada housing market for April 2023, it is important to examine the average price per square foot. On the low end, selling for $644.08 a foot was a three bedroom, three bath home on La Canada Blvd. On the high end was a 2,158 square foot home on Cambridge selling for $1,095.92 per foot. Five homes sold over the list price. Three sold at the list price and six sold for less.
