What This Means for Pasadena Home Sellers

Although inventory remains low, buyers have become more discerning. Homes that are professionally prepared, correctly priced, and aggressively marketed continue to sell quickly and often receive multiple offers. On the other hand, overpriced homes are sitting on the market longer and frequently require price reductions before attracting serious buyers.

Preparing your home before it hits the market—including staging, professional photography, pre-listing inspections, and a comprehensive marketing plan—can make a significant difference in both sale price and time on the market.

What This Means for Pasadena Home Buyers

Competition remains strong for move-in-ready homes in desirable neighborhoods. Buyers are beginning to see more opportunities than they did earlier this year. With homes spending slightly more time on the market, buyers may have greater leverage during negotiations. This is particularly true on properties that have been listed for several weeks.
